Where do we posts news comments deaths etc…
You can post to this site and we are happy for the blog posts but the day to day updates are now hosted on the Face Book page at https://www.facebook.com/groups/211544255005/. This platforms is accessible by all and is much faster then the blog that requires the moderator to log in an approve your comments or posts. This is required to make sure that spam or bots do not fill our pages with smut or sales pitches…
The news of a passing here will be very helpful yes please post these unfortunate news items…
Posts that yo wish to make on the NANP page to maintain history of the group are also needed and welcome. Please continue to offer your help in making the new site what it will be.

A great American died yesterday.
John Sheppard PH1(AC) USN ret. died on November 21, 2016. A 1970 graduates from the Navy’s photjournalism Syracuse University program. A prolific photogrpher covering subjects from the Vietnam War to nature photography. A great loss to family and friends.
