Room rates are $149.00 + tax per room, per night.

All rates are subject to the prevailing local and state taxes, currently 16.75%, and a Tourism Public Improvement District Fee of 1.25%.

Day of event Self-Parking is $15 Sunday-Thursday and $20.00 Friday and Saturday. Rates are subject to change. The hotel garage may not be able to accommodate oversized vehicles.

To make reservations, use the booking link provided below or call in. When using the booking link, select your dates within the group’s dates of Oct 19-23, 2022, and the discounted rate with apply automatically.

When making individual reservations or confirming individual reservations by phone, please call 877-424-2449 and ask for the National Association of Naval Photographers group.

Hotel Check-In time is 4:00PM. Check-out is 12:00PM.

Individual reservations must be guaranteed for late arrival with a credit card for first night’s room and tax. Should cancellation of an individual reservation be necessary, cancellation must occur no later than 48 hours prior to arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee of first night’s room and tax.

Reservations received after September 13, 2022, will be provided on a space available basis at the Hotel’s current selling rate.

You will be responsible for making your own hotel arrangements and payments.

If you need a handicap accessible room, please call to make your reservations. Online reservations will not work for those rooms.

All Day Check-in and Registration
Once you’re checked into your room, please come to the reunion registration desk to pick up your registration packet and sign in. Reunion desk will be open from 0800 to 2000.

Hospitality Lounge Open
Once you have signed in, you are free to hang out in the lounge and enjoy the fully-stocked hospitality room open from 1000 to 2300.

Meet and Greet Buffett with a cash bar (Hospitality Lounge) – Cost to be determined
Between 1800 and 2100 it’s time to catch up with old shipmates, hoist a few, and break bread together at the reunion’s kickoff Meet and Greet.

NANP Board of Directors Meeting
The NANP Board of Directors will meet at ????.

NANP General Meeting
The meeting will commence at ????. This will be the opportunity for all NANP members to come together to discuss NANP business.

Group Photo
Prior to the banquet, we will get everyone together for a group photo. If anyone is interested in shooting event photos and the group photo, please contact Wes Gibson.

Anniversary Banquet with a cash bar
At 1900, we will commence with the reunion banquet. Immediately after dinner, NANP President, Wes Gibson, will address the association, followed by the Two Bells ceremony honoring our departed shipmates.

SUNDAY, Oct 23

Last Call – Have breakfast with your shipmates prior to departure. This is unsponsored, so breakfast is up to you.

Checkout – Official hotel checkout time is 1200.
