Let us not forget Photographer's Mate Second Class Christopher Paul Battaglia, casualty of the Vietnam War. As a member of the Navy, PH2 Battaglia served our country until April 16th, 1968 in Ba Xugen, South Vietnam. He was 21 years old and was not married. Christopher died when his helicopter crashed into the land. His body was recovered. Christopher was born on October 14th, 1946 in Burbank, California.
PH2 Battaglia is on panel 50E, line 011 of the Veterans Memorial Wall in Washington D.C. He served our country for 2 years.
