Eldon DeGarmo, 84 Died: October 31, 2011, in his home Eldon DeGarmo, 84 of Kellogg formerly of St. Charles, MN and Phillips and Ladysmith, WI, died peacefully, Monday, October 31, 2011 at his home. Eldon was born September 24, 1927 in Ladysmith, WI to Donald True and Marguerite Pearl (Dahlke) DeGarmo. He graduated from Phillips High School and entered the Navy. He served in the United States Navy from 1944 - 1974 where he was active for 20 years serving in WWII and Korea as a photographer. He achieved the rank of Petty Officer First Class and also served 10 years on the reserves. After retiring from the Navy.
